| Tips:
- When
a client doesn't like to use the face-rest, support the shoulder closest to the
face with a warm flax pillow. This eases the twist in the neck. In addition, the
client feels warmer when you work shoulders and back.
- Place
a warm pillow under the stomach. This reduces the swayback in the lower back,
giving you better access to the lumbar spine, and helps the digestive system.
- A
hot pillow on the tummy helps clients relax, warms up their hands and therefore
their body.
- Keep
the room cool for yourself and put a couple of Flaxseed Pillows on your clients
feet.
- During
a session place a hot pillow on the stomach, under the low back, neck or both
feet to keep your patients warm and cozy.
- A
Liver Pack supports detoxification and clams the mind.
- Great
for acupuncture treatments: place the pillows under the heals, lower or upper
back, on the stomach, or under the neck.
