If you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days for an exchange, or a refund. Simply repackage the item, and include a copy of the invoice and ship the package to: Flaxseed Pillows P.O. Box 2016 Del Mar, CA 92014 We will issue you a refund direct to your credit card for the purchase price, including tax (less shipping and handling). If the item is damaged or shipped incorrectly we will also refund the original shipping and handling cost. Once we have received your package, we will notify you by e-mail and promptly credit your account for the purchase price (refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only). They are ideal for someone with arthritic condition. As a liver pack supporting detoxification they are calming and help insomnia. Taken to bed they'll stay snugly warm all night. Microwave - heat for 2 ½ to 3 min on high for 1 pillow, 4 ½ to 5 min. for 2 pillows. Conventional Oven - heat for 15 min. at 350-400F, shake after 7 or 8 min. Reheating - (when still slightly warm) re heat pillow for only 1-1½ min. for 1 to 2 pillows. CAUTION - If you overheat Flaxseed Pillows, it could result in fire.
